ABER SICHER! is an inclusive workshop combining discussion formats, dance, and somatic practices, focusing on safe(r) spaces in public environments. Together, we ask: What do public spaces need for everyone to feel comfortable and safe? How can we shape spaces through our movement and actions? The workshop culminates in a spontaneous performance, which we present together at the kiosk. No prior experience is required—everyone is welcome. #3

The dancer duo Keiko Schmitt and Anno Bolender work within the inclusive dance project RECLAIMING DANCE, using various methods of bodywork from contemporary, improvisation-based dance and somatic practice. Their aim is to develop new forms of dancing in which everyone feels comfortable and no one is excluded. Through changing formats, socially relevant topics become tangible through mindful, creative movement practices and empowering collective experiences.

With the method of CITY STAMPING, in which details from urban spaces are captured using modeling clay and an ink pad, places are explored and attention is directed toward small structures. This printmaking process is a gentle, non-destructive form of engaging with space and sharpens perception as well as mindful interaction.
