The Postcard to Politicians is designed to make one thing clear above all else: you can help shape the future! Each and every one of us is part of this and has a voice that counts. This voice is expressed as a message in postcard format: whether written, drawn or as a collage; angry, hopeful, quiet or powerful – the main thing is that it’s honest! Small sparks set the thoughts in motion. As a mosaic of a generation, all the postcards will actually be sent to real politicians. What absolutely must get through to them?

Denise Tekol lives by the maxim that every person is an artist. As an art educator, she therefore focuses her DADAzwischen participatory studio on expression and self-development, exploring individual creative abilities and working with one’s own hands. As an artist (Frau DaDa), she also likes to work under the guiding principle Why not, actually?, thereby not only challenging social norms but also opening up creative freedom for everyone.
