Let us design how we want to live
Under the motto Design for Democracy. Atmospheres for a better life, we want to create an international centre and a movement for design in Frankfurt RheinMain – sustainable and participatory. The aim is to establish initiatives and projects that strengthen the cohesion of the region, improve the quality of our co-existence and strengthen democracy.
Workshop truck on the road
From August to October 2024, we will be out and about in the region with our red workshop truck to talk about how you can get involved and to collect ideas about locations, organisations and people for the 2026 programme.
WDC regulars' table
The WDC regulars' table is a monthly open exchange and networking format that brings together all those interested in the World Design Capital 2026 in a relaxed atmosphere.
Our Open Call for this year is now open. Your contribution and commitment will bring World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026 to life. Do you maybe have a project that fits under our theme Let us design how we want to live.? Join in and submit it from 20 June 2024. As of now we are the platform to support you, to make your initiatives and projects visible to the public, develop them collaboratively and ultimately realise them.
