Take a moment for a few beautiful thoughts! Frau Blank arrives with her typewriter and types poems for you. You suggest the topic, and the poetry is created live on reused materials: floral paper, envelopes, packaging—anything suitable for writing is used. Your poem is free, and you can take it home with you if you like it. Anyone who wishes may also try the typewriter themselves. #1

Petra Blank has been a freelance copywriter since 1995 and has always been active in the arts and cultural scene. It is important to her to bring art to people and encourage them to create themselves—because being creative is such a joy and something everyone can benefit from. Under her artist name Frau Blank, she continually develops new actions to create space for exchange and creativity. She prefers to work in an analog way and with materials that are already available.

With the method of CITY STAMPING, in which details from urban spaces are captured using modeling clay and an ink pad, places are explored and attention is directed toward small structures. This printmaking process is a gentle, non-destructive form of engaging with space and sharpens perception as well as mindful interaction.
