In the “Possibility Workshop” we explore participants’ wishes for society. What is needed to live together democratically, and what should our ways of interacting look like? These wishes and demands are transferred onto fabric using solar printing and transformed into banners or garlands, which can then be displayed in the neighborhood.

Juliane Kutter is an artist based in Offenbach. She studied at the HfG Offenbach. During her studies, she began developing sociocultural participation projects. Her work engages with social questions, particularly how communal living can be shaped and how active participation becomes possible. She also seeks to open up new perspectives in order to challenge habitual ways of seeing and initiate collective exchange. She primarily works with illustration and photography, while also experimenting with new techniques.

The Project DemokratieKiosk is realised by Lust auf besser leben gGmbH. Funded by: Gefördert von: WDC, Kulturfonds RheinMain, Deutsche Stiftung Fernsehlotterie, Stiftung Polytechnische Gesellschaft, Hessische Landeszentrale für politische Bildung, Kulturzeiter*innen e.V.
