Gegen Druck! mit Michael Bloeck #2

“Against Pressure!” – A participatory monotype workshop on democracy, freedom, and upcycling. Using simple materials, people of all ages can create a printed image. With templates such as St. Paul’s Church, symbolic images of community and freedom, and transfer-print techniques, it is possible for everyone—even without strong drawing skills—to produce an interesting image. Old book pages are also used, creating an upcycled artwork.

Michael Bloeck is a visual artist and poet whose work focuses on interdisciplinary art and poetry, conceptual art, and printmaking. He runs the Be Poet Off Space and has organized art and literature events for many years, as well as participatory workshops with children, young people, and adults.
