On Tuesday, 11 August at 21:00, 'A Sky Full of Hope' will be festively opened above the Konstablerwache in the presence of Mayor Mike Josef, Head of Cultural Affairs Dr Ina Hartwig and US artist Janet Echelman. The event is free and open to the public.
