The Pavilion Tour comes to a close in the heart of Darmstadt’s city centre at Carree. Expect a lively programme of workshops, conversations, music, and interactive activities. Together with local partners, we’re creating an open and welcoming space for friends, families, school groups, community initiatives, and anyone who’s curious to join.

Constructlab’s residency reunites designers and participants from the previous residencies for a final gathering. For this occasion, the pavilion transforms into the Editorial Room—a shared space for making, exchanging ideas, and reflecting together. Experiences, observations, images, and stories from the past residencies are collected, shared, and reimagined, laying the foundation for a collaborative publication and documentation, while generating new questions and ideas for the work ahead.

Running throughout the programme is the pop-up exhibition To Everyone! Who Owns the Digital Public Space?Use your smartphone to actively shape the city’s digital public realm: leave drawings, photos, and comments, or place virtual artworks in public space through augmented reality. The exhibition also features three virtual works by artists and students from HfG Offenbach.

Looking for a playful break in between? Ping Pong Park provides tables and paddles for free public use throughout the event—come by, pick up a paddle, and join the game.
