DREAM BABY DREAM

Filmed during Jazzfest Berlin 2025, the experimental short film (2026, approx. 20 minutes) brings together 60 Berlin-based participants – including children, teenagers, adults, professional and non-professional artists from various disciplines – to explore central questions of our time through music, movement and poetry in a collaboratively created work.

The film was developed and produced over four months in autumn 2025 by a 10-member creative team of Berlin-based artists, musicians, choreographers and international filmmakers. The artistic director of Jazzfest Berlin will be present to introduce the film and the project in conversation with Dr. Bettina Bohle, Director of the Jazzinstitut Darmstadt.
