With Nachtkultur verbindet we bring the debate on night culture and the night-time economy to Oberursel. The Frankfurt Night Council – a unique body that connects citizens, administration, cultural workers and providers – is our guest at Kulturcafé Windrose.
Together with local actors from Oberursel we discuss questions such as: What significance does night culture have for democracy and participation? How can cities be designed to be liveable both day and night? And how do we create spaces where diversity and safety have equal place?
The panel format is hosted by Kunstgriff e.V. and Kulturcafé Windrose. The Babbelbank is integrated into the evening and invites participants to open conversations afterwards.
Oberursel thus becomes a meeting point where municipal and regional perspectives connect – with impulses for the future of the night in a democratic and liveable metropolitan region.
