Following the kickoff with the Babbelbank and numerous events throughout the year, the hair salon will once again become a place for exchange. The Babbelbank will once again play a special role: With its four guiding principles—listening, respect, visibility, and diversity—it defines the space for conversation.
The focus isn’t on a traditional retrospective, but on a shared conversation:
- What shaped WDC 2026?
- What worked? (And why?)
- And above all: What will remain beyond 2026?
The format is intentionally accessible: no podium, no microphones, no distance. Instead, a conversation on equal footing—right in the midst of everyday life.
This brings us full circle to the kickoff at the market square: The Babbelbank remains a place of encounter—and the conversation continues.
