New Neues Frankfurt. Model House for a Better Future
Practical, modular, and community-oriented: In collaboration with Studio Jonathan Radetz, the ernst-may-gesellschaft e.V. translates key aspects of Neues Frankfurt into today’s interiors and housing needs. Since small floor plans, such as that of the mayhaus, require thoughtful furniture and built-in solutions, new designs are being developed to address current needs and appeal to a wide range of income groups.
The project “New Neues Frankfurt. Model House for a Better Future” was awarded the GFB Future Prize 2024 and is supported by the Cultural Office and the Department of Culture of the City of Frankfurt.
