Lecture: CorpseCraft No.1–7 – Über Bauhaus Future Fiction Designmethoden

With the lecture CorpseCraft No.1–7 Markus Weisbeck will share insights from two decades of collaborative workshop practice with Vera Kunz and offers a preview of a current book project that approaches design education as an open question rather than a fixed answer.

Markus Weisbeck has developed a distinctive teaching method based on numerous workshops and semester projects, including international ones: rather than actively seeking ideas, they are discovered through detours, failed attempts, and unusual connections. The goal is not a quick solution, but a surprising one.

Markus Weisbeck is an artist, Professor of Graphic Design at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, and founder of the Space for Visual Research (SfVR).

Vera Kunz is an artist and designer.
