“Dal Levante alla Sicilia” is a fusion dinner that brings two culinary worlds to one table.

Levantine flavors meet Sicilian traditions as the chefs of Bar Shuka collaborate with Sicilian guest chef Salvatore Dispensieri to create a menu that tells a story of heritage, encounter, and shared creativity. What emerges is not a classic menu, but a culinary dialogue—shaped by exchange, spontaneity, and the idea that new things always arise where people and cultures come together.

Salvatore Dispensieri is a native of Sicily and lived in Germany for many years. He has led, among others, the restaurant Tavola Calda in Schwenningen and Osteria No. 1 in Rottweil. He now lives back in Sicily and produces his own olive oil.

A collaboration with IMA Clique.
