Designkiosk – Workshop

In collaboration with the City of Offenbach, the project invites participants to explore the neighborhood from a design perspective and contribute their own ideas.

As part of the Design Kiosk series, various formats are tested that combine movement, exchange, and creative practice. This event centers on a shared walk through the Musikerviertel: places and atmospheres are explored and then artistically engaged with in the urban space. Using materials such as charcoal, tape, and acrylic, temporary collages and kiosk visualizations emerge, reinterpreting and making the cityscape visible in new ways.

The process is guided by designer and artist Emre Yazar, who supports participants in developing their ideas and offers impulses for collective design. The program is open to everyone—no prior experience is required, and participation is free of charge. Its aim is to open up creative approaches to the neighborhood and to strengthen public space as a site of exchange and collaborative creation.

There is no charge for workshop participants, and no prior knowledge is required.

Emre Yazar (*1991 in Mannheim) is a freelance designer and artist who works interdisciplinarily with a design-relevant and innovative practice that deals with different spatial and interaction concepts.
