As part of the WDC Campus exhibition ‘dreams, ideas & prototypes’ at the Museum of Applied Arts in Frankfurt, innovative winemakers from the region will meet experts in viticulture.

Following an exclusive guided tour of the exhibition, a ‘Talk & Taste’ event will take place in Metzlerpark featuring Markus Bonsels and Monika Eichner from the BIBO RUNGE winery in Hallgarten, Thomas Balzer and Andreas Hansel from Weingut5 – Pinot Noir Manufaktur in Frankfurt, and Dr Matthias Schmitt, an expert in sustainable innovation for the global wine industry at Geisenheim University and the VDP Geisenheim University Winery.


The “not a kitchen” project is an open meeting space created at Mainz University of Applied Sciences: Interior Architecture workshops led by Mathias Ewald and Michael Bensch; supervising professors and lecturers: Prof. Dr Marta Pelegrín Rodríguez, Prof. Lutz Büsing, Prof. Alexa Hartig, Bruno Johannbroer and Anh Quynh Pham
