Rundgang durch die Westend-Synagoge

Alongside an introduction to the history of the synagogue, the connections between architecture and liturgy, and the relationship between the building’s design and its function as a place of worship, will be highlighted.

The order of service will be explained and an insight into the structure of the Jewish community in Frankfurt am Main will be provided.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event begins to allow for the necessary security checks, and do not bring any bags or other containers with you.

Male participants are asked to bring head coverings.

By registering, you agree that VHS Frankfurt may pass on the names of all participants to the Westend Synagogue.
