RiSOBARRiO – Offene Riso-Werkstatt in Bockenheim

Once a month, everyone interested will have the opportunity to design and print their own projects. The Riso workshop opens for three hours, during which anything from a wedding invitation to a business card for the neighborhood shop, from a concert poster to a protest flyer, from an art project to a Christmas gift can be realized in an accessible way with professional support. We explain the special features, possibilities, and limitations of the printing technique, provide assistance with design if needed, and introduce participants to operating the machine. Participation is free of charge. Space and materials for experiments, test prints, and small editions are provided; for larger editions, participants contribute at cost price. Additionally, on two occasions, designers will be invited to present their approach to Riso printing and collaborate with participants on creating projects.
