Where the city wall once stood, the Frankfurt ramparts now lie – a space between history, the present, and the future, as well as a green belt in downtown Frankfurt. As a connecting link between the city districts and the center, they will become a place of leisure, exchange, and participation for WDC 2026 in cooperation with colleges, universities, institutions, and interested citizens from the Rhine-Main area. A leisurely walk through the ramparts on October 31, 2025, at 4 p.m. will start at the Jewish Museum in Frankfurt.
