It’s about how the trees can save us.” Through powerful imagery, the new production “Unter Bäumen” by antagon TheaterAKTion brings to the stage the conflicts that shape our society today. How hot does our city really get — and what does that mean for how we live in it? On a participatory walk through the Wallanlagen in Frankfurt, we explore the city’s microclimate in a hands-on way. We look at vegetation, sense temperature differences, identify urban heat hotspots, and reflect together on smart strategies for a more climate-resilient and future-ready city.
