In this training course for architects and interior designers, we present a perspective on architecture and design that places people at the centre and highlights the potential of design to promote participation, well-being and quality of life.

The event shares the latest insights from healing architecture, environmental psychology, colour design and universal design. Through a practical planning workshop, participants will develop design concepts for housing and residential projects and discuss these with experts from HEWI, Caparol and IUD.

• Evidence-based design, healing architecture, universal design and accessibility
• DIN requirements and contrast design
• Colour schemes for orientation, wellbeing and identity
• Development of user-centred spatial concepts

Participants will gain practical knowledge on designing health-promoting and inclusive spaces and apply scientific findings directly to specific planning tasks.
