The fourth and final event of the series is dedicated to (EM)POWER(MENT). In full ensemble formation, the group presents powerful works for ensemble. Together, we aim to encourage one another and share energy—in order to fight for equality for ALL and to stand up for our values. Now is not the time to look away. We are witnessing a global rise in violence against women and queer people. Rights that have already been fought for are currently being taken away again. For this reason, FLINTA* individuals around the world are resisting. We want to call on others to join them and to listen to those affected. Without equality, there can be no true democracies and no lasting peace.
The event combines a lecture by the Archiv Frau & Musik with contemporary works and innovative stage design, presented by the Broken Frames Syndicate.
#4 is the fourth and final event in the concert series “MISFITS’ GAZE | THEIRstory” by the ensemble Broken Frames Syndicate.
The event will be held in German; English translations will be provided.
