WDC 2026
During the three-day World Design Policy Days, the World Design Policy Conference 2026 will serve as a global meeting place for design, politics and science to establish design as a catalyst for social and political challenges. The conference in Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, and Offenbach is divided into the thematic areas of politics, administration and attitude. The highlight is the closing assembly in Frankfurt’s Paulskirche, which initiates dialogue with regional politicians. There, the international network of World Design Capitals will also meet with key regional players, and the WDC title will be handed over to the next World Design Capital, Busan, South Korea, in a festive Convocation Ceremony.
