Peoples Tales: Rhine-Main Archipelago
Workshop 1: Deep Listening
With the help of a targeted open call and extensive research, CoMoon e.V. is looking for people who have migrated to Germany from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia and currently live in Hesse.
In April 2026, a safe space will be created for two intensive days of listening to and recording these multi-layered life stories. The interviews will not only be documented, but also translated into various formats: collages, textile works, sound recordings or performative elements. Each story will be taken seriously and at the same time understood as part of a larger narrative about migration, identity and belonging. The stories heard will be archived.
