Food Forest for Democracy

Pflanzaktion 2

In autumn, nature channels most of its energy into root growth – making it the ideal time to plant. For anyone who wants to play an active part in shaping the forest garden as it develops.

We will expand the forest garden together, digging, planting, nurturing and caring for the trees, shrubs and perennials. Key techniques will be taught, and participants will get to know the forest garden and understand it in practice. The event is open to all ages and no prior knowledge is required.

• Meeting point: in the forest garden, Speckweg/corner of Wehrstraße, Frankfurt
• Bring & Share: Participants are welcome to bring a small snack to share during the break (coffee and tea will be provided).

Together with our local network, we are creating an "urban forest garden" in Frankfurt-Oberrad. As Stadt.Land.Wirtschaft. e. V., we organise our events in close cooperation with DIE KOOPERATIVE eG and supplement our knowledge with targeted external expertise.
