Experience, participate, and shape the future together
To conclude the project, we cordially invite all residents, neighbors, and interested members of the public to the public presentation of the project results. Together, we’ll take a look at the ideas, future scenarios, and prototypes that have emerged—not just to view, but to step into, try out, and experience.
How might the square change? Which ideas are compelling, and which ones inspire further reflection? Interactive installations, models, and audio and video works bring the jointly developed visions of the future to life and encourage discussion.
Your opinion is an important part of the project. Through simple feedback formats—such as interactive floor mats, tactile voting systems, or short audio and video clips—you can share your impressions directly. The Citizen Participation Office will collect and document this feedback to gather insights for the future design of the square.
The public presentation is also an occasion for celebration: We would like to honor the collaborative process, the ideas that have emerged, and the commitment of everyone involved. Whether you’ve been following the project from the start or are just joining us now—come by, experience the results, and help shape the future of the square together.
No admission fee, no registration required; event language is German (English or Spanish available if needed).
Das Fliegende S e.V. develops projects in public spaces and participatory processes with a focus on shared spaces, community, and social, ecological sustainability. At the intersection of art, design, urban research, and social practice, we develop formats such as situational and open-ended interactions as well as experimental construction. Using self developed methods of performative, speculative design, we reveal the potential of spaces and engage people in low-threshold creative processes.
