Yohazid – Fragments of Entropy

Punk rock, the loony bin and everything else.

If life is a playground, we mustn’t gloss over the rubbish, the filth and the absurd. At least, not if we’re being honest. And Yohazid is honest. In autobiographical episodes, the author and singer-songwriter sifts through his own sandpit and finds guitars, psychotropic drugs, BDSM toys, Bible quotations and plenty of noise.

For five weeks, the former McDonald’s on Ludwigsplatz will be transformed into an open cultural hub. Workshops, talks, music and exhibitions will alternate with open spaces for people to get involved and socialise. Instead of standing empty, the space will be a place for encounters, exchange and new ideas, right in the heart of Darmstadt city centre.
