The big Halloween genre mash-up! An evening of noise punk, downtempo, DnB and Italo disco. Plus, Denisa will be doing some lovely tattoos.

BEIUS

What started as a joke in a bar has now become a mix of R&B, rock and pop. Their first single, ‘M.O.M’, was written in a bedroom; now the three friends are playing their very first gig.

Mookee

A downtempo/electronica producer from Darmstadt, performing live with guitar, bass and electronics. Releases include tracks on High Vibe Records and Stereofox Records – for fans of Bonobo and Emancipator.

Feeding Hands

Noise punk, math rock, shoegaze and none of the above. The Leipzig duo drown out their own insecurities with plenty of distortion and high volume. Rough on the edges, soft on the inside.

Daniele Iezzi

DJ and record collector since 1999. Funky beats, soulful sounds and Italo disco, woven into sets full of groove and soul.

For five weeks, the former McDonald’s on Ludwigsplatz will be transformed into an open cultural hub. Workshops, talks, music and exhibitions will alternate with open spaces for people to get involved and socialise. Instead of standing empty, the space will be a place for encounters, exchange and new ideas, right in the heart of Darmstadt city centre.
