How can we maintain a balanced diet in our daily lives? How can we prepare delicious meals on a budget? And what can I do to prevent food waste?

We’ll discover the answers to these questions together in our Cooking Container. As we cook together, you’ll learn interesting facts about nutrition, food, and sustainable consumption in a practical and fun way.

Together, we’ll prepare simple, delicious dishes, share experiences, and get practical tips.

Participation is free for everyone. However, we would appreciate a donation at the event. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration via Eventbrite.
