Dabka Tanzworkshop mit YallaDabka & Sawa

Dear Community & Interested Friends,

We warmly invite you to a Dabke workshop at the Kitchen on the Run container! Together, we will dance Dabke, experience culture, and meet new people: an open Palestinian Dabke workshop hosted by SAWA and YallaDabka.

Dabke is a traditional group dance from the Levant that combines movement, rhythm, and community. The workshop is open to everyone; no prior experience is necessary. Come join us—whether to learn the first steps or to refine your technique—and spend an evening with us filled with energy, music, and community.

*What is Kitchen on the Run? A project by Über den Tellerrand Frankfurt e.V. as part of WDC 2026. WDC 2026 is funded by the State of Hesse, the City of Frankfurt am Main, and the Kulturfonds Frankfurt RheinMain.

Participation is free of charge for everyone. However, we would greatly appreciate a donation during the event. You will receive a reminder email prior to the event; please be sure to read it, as it may contain important information. If you find that you are unable to attend after all, please cancel your registration via Eventbrite.
