Together with the designers of Constructlab, participants will discover and explore the potential of local materials from nature, everyday life, and regional businesses, and learn how these materials can be creatively transformed using simple and sustainable techniques.

The workshop begins with a collective material-gathering walk through the city. Afterwards, the collected materials will be examined, tested, and creatively processed into small handcrafted objects.

Combining hands-on experimentation with a playful approach to sustainability, material research, and design, the workshop is highly practice-oriented. The workshops will be conducted in English.

Note: We recommend wearing clothes that can get dirty. For the foraging walk, long, light-coloured clothing and closed-toe shoes are also advisable.
