Frankfurt Business Change Makers promotes entrepreneurship and sustainable innovation in Frankfurt. The aim is to establish sustainable value creation structures that combine economic strength, social benefits, and environmental responsibility. The program supports founders and companies in leveraging these dimensions as a strategic competitive advantage and integrating them into their business models on a long-term basis.

It addresses typical barriers to growth and transformation, such as a lack of knowledge, skills gaps, and limited access to networks and financing. This results in three program priorities: Making the regional impact ecosystem visible creates transparency about relevant players, initiatives, and opportunities for cooperation in the region's sustainable innovation environment. The Academy program imparts practical knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation, and impact-oriented business development. In addition, networking and knowledge transfer formats promote exchange and cooperation between startups, companies, investors, and other transformation actors.

Frankfurt Business Change Makers is aimed at anyone who wants to actively shape the transition to a sustainable and resilient economy.

The project is implemented by the Creative Industries Competence Centre of Frankfurt Economic Development GmbH. As a networking hub for the creative economy, the Competence Centre serves as a key point of contact for Frankfurt’s creative sector. As a subsidiary of the City of Frankfurt am Main, Frankfurt Economic Development supports companies, start-ups and investors with relocation, growth and transformation, thereby strengthening the long-term economic viability of the location. The project is delivered in collaboration with regional partners from the impact ecosystem.
