Frankfurt Business Change Makers #1

The learning camps of the Frankfurt Business Change Makers Academy are offered by Wirtschaftsförderung Frankfurt in cooperation with Kompass Frankfurt. The program consists of three modular, hands-on 2-day learning camps guiding participants through building an impact business along a consistent development path:

Idea → Business Model → Market Readiness → Law, Financing & Pitch

Each camp is bookable independently and delivers concrete results – no prior knowledge from previous camps required. Completing all three camps provides a full development path from initial concept to pitch readiness. The program is designed for founders in the early stage (0–18 months) who want to develop solutions with social or environmental impact – whether as an individual, team, or initiative.

Camp 1 – Spring Camp: From Idea to Business Model

This camp is designed for participants who have a concrete problem statement or initial solution approaches, need to sharpen their target group and value proposition, and want to develop or validate an impact-driven business model.

Main goal: Transform a business idea into a structured social impact business model that reflects both social/environmental impact and economic viability. Participants leave with a solid foundation to gather feedback, approach pilot partners, and prepare the next development step.

Please note: the programme is conducted in German.

Participation is free of charge; registration is required.

The project is implemented by the Competence Center Creative Industries of Wirtschaftsförderung Frankfurt GmbH. As a key hub of the creative economy, it serves as the central point of contact for Frankfurt's creative sector. Implementation takes place in collaboration with Kompass Frankfurt.
