The learning camps of the Frankfurt Business Change Makers Academy are offered by Wirtschaftsförderung Frankfurt in cooperation with Kompass Frankfurt. The program consists of three modular, hands-on 2-day learning camps guiding participants through building an impact business along a consistent development path:
Idea → Business Model → Market Readiness → Law, Financing & Pitch
Each camp is bookable independently and delivers concrete results – no prior knowledge from previous camps required. Completing all three camps provides a full development path from initial concept to pitch readiness. The program is designed for founders in the early stage (0–18 months) who want to develop solutions with social or environmental impact – whether as an individual, team, or initiative.
Camp 2 – Summer Camp: From Business Model to Market Readiness
This camp is designed for participants who have developed an initial business model or clearly defined offering – whether from Camp 1 or independently –, want to prepare for market entry, and need clarity on sales approach, partner structure, piloting, and scaling logic.
Main goal: Develop a viable go-to-market approach including pilot and partner strategy. Participants leave with a realistically actionable roadmap that reflects market access, stakeholder logic, and scalability – without diluting impact goals.
Please note: the programme is conducted in German.
The programme is offered in cooperation with Kompass Frankfurt and is the second of three modular, practice-oriented two-day learning camps. It will be followed by the final Autumn Camp.
Participation is free of charge; registration is mandatory.
The project is implemented by the Competence Center Creative Industries of Wirtschaftsförderung Frankfurt GmbH. As a key hub of the creative economy, it serves as the central point of contact for Frankfurt's creative sector. Implementation takes place in collaboration with Kompass Frankfurt.
