Urban Sketching, Grundlagen – nicht nur für Anfänger:innen

Sketching, drawing and colouring on the go: urban sketching is a very individual form of sketching, a snapshot in drawing form that can also reflect your own mood.

We train our perception and create unique mementos with a personal touch. Exercises and tips help to break down inner barriers to drawing. Basic drawing skills are an advantage. You should be sure-footed for the excursion days.

When drawing, we are constantly confronted with similar questions, which we will deal with intensively on the introductory day: perspective and spatiality, image composition and the use of colour. However, we will also devote ourselves to the theory and practice of depicting people and figures and the various possibilities for transferring the structures of trees, houses or water onto paper. It takes place weekly on Mondays from 18:00 to 20:30 between 11 May and 22 June 2026.
