Plastisches Arbeiten mit Verena Freyschmidt
Deutsches Ledermuseum
The introductory workshop provides an introduction to the project and the collection. Using sculptural techniques, participants explore how personal ideas and associations can be transformed into new objects. Verena Freyschmidt teaches the basics and encourages individual forms of expression.
The results of these creative explorations will culminate in autumn 2026 in an exhibition co-designed by the participants themselves. Visitors are invited to contribute their own perspectives, allowing the presentation to grow continuously.
The programme is free of charge and aimed at a broad audience: individuals, families, groups or anyone who feels like working together artistically – regardless of previous knowledge or artistic background. It is not necessary to participate in all sessions or over both days; even those who only want to participate for a few hours are welcome. There is also the opportunity to continue working on your own projects every weekend.
The German Leather Museum requests advance registration by telephone on 069 829798−0 or by email to info@ledermuseum.de.
Verena Freyschmidt is a distinguished artist who explores natural structures and organic processes in a fascinating way with her precise paper cuts and filigree room installations.
