Ideen- und Info-Board Schäferstraße – #2

The info & ideas board will remain on site, allowing neighbors to comment, stay informed, and respond 24/7 for several weeks. A mailbox is available for concerns, criticism, and compliments.

The info & ideas board is one of the methods employed by the mobile office for urban change, which will be integrated into the transform-R project in the Senefelder district of Offenbach in 2026.

The project is funded by Fonds Soziokultur, World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026 and the City of Offenbach.

The initiative advocates for a livable and democratic city where residents' opinions are considered in public urban development projects. The people behind the idea: Janina Albrecht, mobility and product designer and project initiator; Janka Visky, political scientist, discourse and ideology analyst, social and cultural anthropologist; and Nina Jäcker, designer and lecturer. The initiative collaborates with the Offenbach city administration, Goethe University, and planersocietät.
