"The Mobile Office for Urban Change" officially travels to public spaces where urban development projects are planned, offering a platform for participation, engagement, and exchange.

Through accessible, surprising, friendly, comfortable, playful, and ongoing participatory formats, the initiative invites all city residents to contribute their ideas, questions, wishes, and concerns to the planning process. Complex contexts and visions for the future are made tangible through visualisations, actions, and stories. The events, objects, and formats of the "Office" go beyond simply gathering feedback; they offer diverse points of access and inherently provide added value for the location and its people.

Studio Janina Albrecht is a design studio specializing in mobility, public space, participation, and biodiversity. Using interdisciplinary methods, we analyze and research, design and visualize surfaces, objects, and spaces as a basis for social interaction. Our design of streets, squares, and hubs focuses on inclusivity, quality of stay, and intermodality. Our pop-up projects make future visions tangible and give ideas a platform. The project is being carried out in collaboration with Janka Visky and Nina Jäcker.
