Design Build Workshop

Under expert guidance and with a great deal of initiative, students and interested parties are developing a furniture concept for the outdoor area of the das blumen e.V. location so that it can be better integrated into event concepts in the future.

The objects built will remain on site in the long term and contribute to sustainable use and revitalisation. Recycled materials are mainly used for building and construction – primarily wood from stock. The workshop thus combines conceptual and craftsmanship work with the sustainable use of resources. The initiative is also a learning and participation format: knowledge is shared, ideas are incorporated and collective design can be experienced in a practical way.
