Studio Manuel Raeder is a multidisciplinary artistic praxis and design studio based in Berlin and Mexico City, known for its approach to graphic design, editorial projects, research, exhibition design, textile design, and visual communication.

The studio is concerned with the construction of narratives — in the form of books, exhibition design, and communication design. Books can function as carriers of information or as experimental devices to document and conceive narratives. In a similar manner, exhibition design can trigger different sensorial experiences, guiding visitors through a spatial narrative. The studio is interested in the meaning of books and storytelling within space, the archive, and the future of libraries, as well as their role in the context of display, architecture, and product design.

In 2011, Manuel Raeder founded the publishing house BOM DIA BOA TARDE BOA NOITE to distribute and publish artists with a strong interest in exploring the format of the artist’s book. Recent permanent display and exhibition architecture projects include: Nicola L.: I Am The Last Woman Object, Museion, Bolzano; Rose Lowder: Bouquets, Kunsthalle Zürich; CARA (Center for Art, Research and Alliances), New York; and Kurimanzutto, libros, Mexico City. Studio Manuel Raeder comprises Eglė Petraškaitė, Cecilia Murgia, Andrew J. Beltran and Manuel Raeder.

María Inés Plaza Lazo is a writer, editor, and cultural worker from Guayaquil, Ecuador. She is the cofounder, publisher and editor at large of Arts of the Working Class, a multilingual street journal on poverty and wealth, art and society. Trained in art history in Munich and shaped by transnational feminist practice, her work moves between publishing, curating, and collective pedagogy – always questioning who art is for and under what conditions it circulates.

Corinna Gratzl and Julia Klass are designers and the founders of the design studio In Search Of. The pair met during their Master's degree in Communication Design near Lake Constance. Corinna Gratzl (b. 1997) previously studied Interior Architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich and subsequently worked across architecture, art, and design in New York City and Berlin. Julia Klass (b. 1999) holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Management, specialising in Public Relations and Journalism, from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt. Her professional experience includes roles in corporate communications and as a graphic designer for a Swiss tech company.

Through their studio In Search Of, Corinna Gratzl and Julia Klass pursue a collaborative design practice driven by curiosity and guided by context. Through dialogue and critical reflection, they develop cross-disciplinary projects whose form and medium emerge directly from their content.

In 2026, they also published the book Dialog Beyond Disciplines, released by Verlag form in Frankfurt am Main and edited by Barbara Glasner. In it, the two designers explore cross-disciplinary design and the evolving concept of design itself. Featuring interviews, photography, and object scans, the book offers insights into the working methods of international design studios and experts at the intersections of various disciplines.

Most recently, they curated and designed the exhibition dreams, ideas & prototypes for the WDC Campus at the Museum Angewandte Kunst in Frankfurt. The WDC Campus is one of the key future-oriented projects of World Design Capital Frankfurt RheinMain 2026.
