Designer, yoga teacher, and Contact Improvisation teacher Sabrina Diesler connects art and movement as expressions of creative force and a sense of aliveness.
In the space between bodies, movement, and perception, contact emerges — guided by principles of Contact Improvisation. We explore how two bodies in motion communicate with each other, and how we can sensitize our bodily awareness in order to respond to another person.
What changes in my movement when I open my perception to the space around me? How do I synchronize with others — and what happens within me as I do? A somatic approach invites us to become more aware of our own bodies and to experience these processes directly.

Swarming Senses takes place on the last Saturday of every month in Frankfurt and Offenbach, as well as on additional Saturdays in April, June, August, and September.
