Celebrate the colours of summer in this natural dyeing workshop with artist Lena Huber. Using hand-picked summer flowers and herbs collected by the artist, you'll learn how to dye textiles with locally gathered plants at SCAPE°. Together, you'll explore the characteristics of different plants, discover how colours and patterns emerge, and experiment with a range of natural dyeing techniques, including the bundle dye method.

No previous experience is required, and all materials are provided free of charge.

In the follow-up workshop on September 23, you'll transform the dyed fabrics into bags and apron skirts. If you can only attend the dyeing workshop, you'll still be able to create and take home your own piece of dyed fabric. Registration for both workshops: greta.maldener@offenbach.de
