We immerse ourselves in Kemetic Yoga (Smai Tawi), an ancient, holistic, Afrocentric form of yoga from the Nile Valley. This practice combines physical exercises, deep breathing and meditation. Together we learn to reduce stress, build physical strength and achieve mental clarity. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Please bring a yoga mat.
