Robert Kaltenhäuser is an art critic, author and curator of urban art, focusing on self-authorized mark-making beyond graffiti writing and street art. An advocate of Enlightenment universalism, he works on identitarian ideologies in culture. In 2023 he edited the anthology Graffiti und Politik (Beltz Juventa). His book and video project Art Inconsequence – Advanced Vandalism is regarded as a milestone of graffiti conceptualism.
