The four-piece Cologne-based band GRENZKONTROLLE operates at the intersection of post-punk, political art, and cultural collage.

Their stance is just as central to their work as their music. Together, drummer Roza Rot, guitarist Kodia Funk, bassist Schuttland, and vocalist Don L. Gaspár reflect on the present, giving it an audible voice and seeking to change it. The band aims to make contemporary issues visible and raise awareness of what is happening around us—with the goal of bringing people together and encouraging them not only to listen but also to take a stand and take action.
