WerkRaum Wiesbaden — Offen für deine Ideen

Eröffnungsfest

For six months, a place for exchange, participation and creative inspiration will be created in Wiesbaden's pedestrian zone. WerkRaum brings together urban society, initiatives and projects and opens up new perspectives for the future of the city.

As part of World Design Capital Frankfurt Rhine-Main 2026, WerkRaum will be an open forum for WDC projects, dialogue formats and events from 2 May to 31 October 2026. The sam – Stadtmuseum am Markt (City Museum at the Market) will also be participating with individual events and the ‘glass museum’.

We will celebrate the opening together with many stakeholders from Wiesbaden and the region. Presentations from the urban community, workshops, music and good food are planned. The official opening event will take place at 6 p.m. The detailed programme will be published shortly.
