Eröffnungsfest

On Saturday, May 2, the WerkRaum Wiesbaden opens in the middle of downtown Wiesbaden in the former SportScheck store – a new temporary space for exchange, participation, and creative impulses.

From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., everyone is invited to explore the WerkRaum on the ground floor of the former department store in Langgasse. With contributions such as Nosa Rap (hip-hop/rap), a fashion show by the project “Wiesbaden – Dreh dein Ding,” numerous other actors from Wiesbaden and the region, as well as Motion Creation Design, a project by the Hessisches Staatsballett in cooperation with Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, the opening day will become a lively celebration for the entire city. Admission is free.

The official programme takes place at 6 p.m., featuring welcome remarks, the Pop Jazz Choir, Motion Creation Design (State Ballet), as well as an apéro and time for conversation until 10 p.m. Registration for the evening event is requested at info@stadtmuseum-wiesbaden.de .
