Eröffnung Main-Light
The Main-Light project focuses on reducing light pollution and utilizing renewable energy. The installation features organic photovoltaics (OPV)—a lightweight solar technology designed for flexible integration into urban spaces. The system was conceived by ttal.org in collaboration with radraum e.V. and partners including ASCA and ewo.
The opening on May 7th (6:00 PM) at Weseler Werft (near Oosten) offers a brief introduction to the concept and technology in a relaxed atmosphere with music and drinks, which can be purchased on-site or brought along. Attendees can experience the installation firsthand and explore the intersection of design, energy, and urban mobility. The project is supported by the Frankfurt Parks Department.
