WDC Summer – a month that showcases design in all its diversity

WDC Summer kicks off in August 2026: a month full of creative experiences that bring the diversity of design and the annual activities of WDC 2026 to life. From August 7 to September 6, 2026, installations, tours, and exhibitions will take center stage as part of WDC Summer.

At the heart of WDC Summer is the free Module Festival in Offenbach, Darmstadt, and Wiesbaden – on three consecutive weekends in August 2026. The aim of the festival is to bring together music and visual art in an interdisciplinary way and to showcase artists who combine both disciplines and have a significant influence on pop culture. The festival invites everyone to actively participate in shaping the city and design.
