As a contribution to the WDC 2026, the Triangular project presents forward-looking design visions at the WDC-Hub, located at the Museum Angewandte Kunst Frankfurt in November. The focus is on new ideas relating to kitchens and cooking, as was the case exactly 100 years ago with Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky's Frankfurt Kitchen project.
In cooperation with De’Longhi Braun Household, the rams foundation, and the renowned design schools Technische Universiteit Delft, Politecnico di Milano and Istanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, master's students developed designs that respond to current lifestyles such as micro-living and shared spaces, among other things.
The concepts merge kitchen appliances with sustainable, inclusive environments. Through ergonomic adaptability and intuitive interaction, these works promote an inclusive and communal lifestyle.
The exhibition is on view at the WDC-Hub at the Museum Angewandte Kunst Frankfurt from November 8 to 29.
