Discover the PHOENIX Future format: In this hands‑on session, you’ll explore how the modules analysis, vision, roadmap, and change turn into real progress. With practical examples and your own module draft, you’ll build the foundation for your company’s next development steps.

The PHOENIX Program brings together best practices for projects, initiatives, and transformation processes. You'll receive an introduction to the four modules and work together in a short workshop. For each module — Status Analysis, Vision, Roadmap, and Change Process — the team has prepared a practical example, but they are also happy to address your specific topics.

In the workshop, one module as an example is set, its key elements explored, and you'll learn how to apply them. This provides essential knowledge for practical implementation. Each participant will take home a PHOENIX model overview and their own module draft — the foundation for the next steps.
